A full architectural and planning service is offered from initial feasibility study through scheme designs to planning and listed building applications, together with design and access statements. On receipt of planning permission construction drawings are prepared, Building Regulations permission obtained and builders’ estimates sought. If required, site supervision may be undertaken during construction. Should the client’s proposals not be acceptable to the planning authority, an appeal can be handled, putting forward the best possible case to the planning inspector.
